Refunds and Returns

Your purchase with Allsparkx means the world to us so we want you to be as satisfied and joyful as can be with your product and purchase. We know things come up financially or an item might not meet your expectations, so we offer the following butte smooth refund and return policy:
Terms of return- Any item can be returned unused for up to 7 days of it being delivered to your door. Customer can request either a 100% refund to their card/paypal or a replacement item of equal value. Simply email us at support@allsparkx.com to initiate your return, mail your unit/s to the address below with tracking and as soon as it arrives we will process your refund and email you a confirmation.

Process for canceling orders/refunds- If you placed an order by mistake, someone in your household used your card without authority, or simply got stuck in a pickle and need the funds you used to purchase your item, simply email us at support@allsparkx.com anytime before we process and ship your order (usually within 24 hours) and we will cancel and refund your order 100%. Refunds can take 2-3 days to reach your bank account so keep that in mind.
